The 2018 (14th) Call Center Industry International Leaders’ Summit and Annual Awards Ceremony hosted by China Call-Center & CRM Association (CNCCA), Greater China Contact Center Alliance (GCCA), and YXTX EDUCATION TRAINING GROUP was held at Beijing on September 13 to 14, 2018.

 

The summit’s theme is “Call Leads the Market, Digital Intelligence Future”, which aims to promote the development of the Call Center industry and assist Call Center companies to expand internationally. With emphasis on high quality and standard, industry experts and senior executives from more than a dozen countries and regions, including China, Hong Kong, Taiwan, the United States, the Philippines, Thailand, Korea, Malaysia, Indonesia and Australia have been invited to share their insight with over 1,000 call center executives from 400 companies, including Bank of China, Industrial and Commercial Bank of China, Bank of Communications, China Life, Xiaomi and Huawei.

Ms. Joyce Poon was invited to attend the summit as one of the guest speakers to share the future development insights of Call Center Industry.
