2019 CC APAC Asia Pacific Customer Centre Association Alliance Expo & Innovation Awards – The ICCA Indonesia Customer Centre Association Awards were held on September 10, 2019 in Jakarta, Indonesia.

Ms. Joyce Poon, the Chief Consultant of EPRO TechSoft Ltd., a subsidary of EPRO Group, was invited to attend the event and served as a judge.

Representatives from different Asia Pacific countries participated in the competition to demonstrate the strength. CNCCA China representatives eventually won different Customer Centre Innovation Centre Awards.
