Guangzhou EPRO Information Technology Company Limited (“GZ EPRO”), a PRC subsidiary company of EPRO TechSoft Limited (“EPRO TechSoft”) which is the subsidiary of EPRO Group, actively responded to the Guangdong Provincial Government’s “Full efforts to promote the construction of the Guangdong-Hong Kong-Macao Greater Bay Area. The call to create a high-quality development model”. GZ EPRO forms an alliance with Guangzhou Junfeng Network Technology Company Limited and some Information Technology companies through resource integration and sharing. They build a joint operation platform in different cities in the Greater Bay Area, and jointly promote customer contact centre business cooperation, through the operation providers’ value-added service project in order to achieve the “5 Win OK” aspiration.

The Project of “Operations providers’ value-added service” was officially launched on 2 April 2020. Guests attending the launching ceremony included Mr. Peter Wong, the Executive Director of EPRO TechSoft, Mr. Tony Ng, the Director of EPRO TechSoft and the General Manager of GZ EPRO and the representatives and management from other companies.
